Kulula - now anyone can lie

So I am utterly disgusted wi Kulula. They and I HATE liars.

I had a bad bad bad experience with their website and 2 call centre agents over 7 calls. My report:

I was promised on two occasions that a manager will phone me back but it was simply the standard response.
