I booked my parents on the busr for Monday the 25th at 6:30am leaving from midrand caltex garage.
my parents only reached home after 5 in the afternoon!! they were not even compensated for such a major delay.
it has been brought to my knowlege that the bus made many detours including a half an hour delay in hidelberg!!!
the bus still stopped at montrose even though they always say if time allows. GUESS WHAT! time didnt allow!
my dads phone was drained and off so we could not contact them, neither could the arranged transport. this left all of us children in a panic as well as inconvienced them and the transport.
you guys should have atleast compensated for the food or something!!! made an effort for your bad service. according to my booking, it had said direct route. i am aware of the route and the stops, Heidelberg isnt one of them.
please, dont make your problem mine by telling me about the passenger in Hiedelberg who had trouble with her booking. your problem, you sort it out!!!
do explain yourself intercape, to a customer that has used your bus for 4 years and has experienced this.
im waiting paitently for a response. but thats waring thin!
