Recently a driver from Roadtrip accidentally damaged my wheel on a trip home. Wasn't the drivers fault, more SANRAL for having a massive pothole on William Nicol.
I know I waiver all liability as stated in Roadtrip's user agreement but Ideon managed to arrange a full refund for the damage done and also answered emails and call backs promptly.
