Poor poor poor service

I was leaving for Durban from Pretoria and the bus was late, filthy with a smelly toilet, no assistance to pack the luggage and the bus was not even road worthy, stopped 3 times on the high way with no explanation from the drivers. Arrived in durban 3hrs later.
