I had a very similar experience, placed an order, payed my fees, which they were very good at debiting my account on the very same day, but to date no delivery of goods. I sent them e-mails and even phoned their help line and spoke to one of their consultants, who claims that the parcel was posted, but they have no tracking number, proof of postage or delivery, They very conveniently promised to look into it and return with some positive feedback, but it seems as if we were by artists.
