Good Day, I just wanted to drop you a note to compliment your call center staff. I was scheduled on your 06:00 flight tomorrow morning from Lanseria, however due to a family crisis I had to change this flight. At 18:00 on a Sunday I contacted your call center - and Natalie answered my call. I explained my predicament and the booking is a Corporate booking, and she accepted the challenge. She asked if she could phone me back -and yes I have been burned before by call centers promising to phone me back. But true to her word, she contacted me back, confirmed my new flight details and the cost involved. Thank You Natalie, for your professional and friendly manner you dealt with the call. Keep up the great work - and a long as you have people like Natalie - I am sure to fly Kulula..
