I have read all the complaints that people have sent regarding this particular situation and I keep reading the same wording over and over... We all see that you can not change the name on the flight ticket... How ever There are situations in life that are unforeseen and I'd like to think that as people you'd understand and try help rectify the problem instead of copying and pasting the sane wording... I have a situation now... There are three tickets that need to be changed because those on the tickets are unable to fly and we need to send three other people on tomorrow's flight... Why is it so hard to change the names of the flights? We are not asking for a refund... We just need to change the names...
