Terrible experience with SAA

I was due to fly with SAA on 13/10 and checked in early at 12noon. I am a British National who has been resident in South Africa for the last 5 years. During my travels i had my passport and was travelling using an EMergency Passport issued to me by the British High Commission in Dar es Salaam, they made observations that i would be travelling through Uganda, Kenya and have a single trip to South Africa on 13/10.
I checked in, went through immigration and as i attempted to board the plane i was stopped by a man claiming to be the SAA Manager in Nairobi airport who told me that i could not fly to South Africa and told to come back once i have spoken with the UK Embassy. I was not staying in Nairobi so had no idea where to go or what to do and was travelling alone. The next day i went to the Embassy and a rep spoke to a SAA staff member in Nairobi who advised that all i have to so is book a return flight from jhb-nairobi.i then waited another 10 hours in the airport to be told i still cant fly to sa. I managed to board the next flight to london and lodged a complaint with Ian Worley which has been ignored for the past week. WHAT IS GOING ON?
