Change in pricing

On the 16th October 2013 I enquired about a bus service from Johannesburg to Durban. I was advised to make a booking online as I have to pay the account at Park station within 24 hours. the amount was R250. On the 17th I indicated that their system cannot accept 6 people and was told to do two transactions. on the 18th, the pice has moved to R280 and when I enquired about the change in pricing, I was told to go to computicket as the amount is still R250 which was a as the amount was still R280. The child price was also said to be 5% less but at the computicket it was the same and the lady that helped was equally surprised. I phoned again on the 21st and the price was R290 and only then am I told that the December pricing remain the same for adults and children. This shows I cannot trust them at all. I think they reap the consumers out just because it is getting to December. What kind of business is this
