Misleading call!!!

I received a call from an agent belonging to this company advising me that I was liable for a FREE travel voucher. She kept on reading out my personal information eg my id number, bank account details etc. I asked her how she would be needing all my personal information like that if she was offering me something that was free and she insisted that I would be paying for NOTHING and she kept on asking if I understood. To my surprise at the end of September my bank account was debited by R400!!! I cannot trace a landline number for this company. Came across another company which also uses the name Sirius and they handed me a cell number for a guy by the name of Shaun. I contacted Shaun and he arranged for an agent to call me. This agent then said it would take 48 hours to get hold of the call recording to determine whether I was misled in anyway, and if so, they would refund me my money. It is now 2 weeks since then and I have not received a call back. Endless sms's to Shaun has also not been successful! I NEED my money back because I DID NOT agree to anything!!! It is disgusting and inhumane of people to do this to another person! I do not have money to throw away!!!
