On Monday 14-10-2013 I flew from Cape Town to Durban. My single piece of luggage had a side pocket torn open and a rather expensive pair of shoes was missing. Now sadly its one of those bags that you cant wrap in plastic, but I never carry items like jewels or other valuables in this bag, So after muttering about everything thats not nailed down getting in this country, I put my bag down to see if I at least still had my clothes. Opened the bag and my running shoes are neatly packed inside, the zip on the side pocket must have torn and someone was kind and honest enough to pack it inside the bag.
Where ever you are, thank you for being one of those genuine people who make the world work, and to management, give that man a bells, he deserves it.
