We joined the GTASA three weeks ago and they pressured us to immidiately pay the deposit and the first year affiliation fee. When we received the pin two weeks ago to go on the internet, we then realized that this is not what we expected, and sent them an e.mail to cancel the contract immediately. We also cancelled the debit order at the bank. They've sent us an e.mail to say someone from their office will contact us, ( which they didnt do) but we are not going to change our minds and we want our money back. We had to pay immidiately and we gave them a week to pay the money back, with no response. We've paid a total of R9122 for nothing and we want them to attend to this matter urgently.
