I have just had an operation in CT & need to get to Jhb to recuperate. I would like to move my existing ticket back a day as I am extremely uncomfortable. Online, I can find a flight for approx R950 (3:10pm today). However, to move my flight to this one, actually costs R1, 200 if I do it online or R2, 100 if I do it via the call centre!?!?
Either way much more than simply buying another flight?!?!
Phoning the call centre confirms this.
Even if I have a medical letter indicating the need to get to Jhb - (according to the call centre) I still need to make this payment.
Worth being aware of this!!!
