After 60 days, still not being paid

New partner of TIGER BRANDS, one invoice outstanding for over 60 days, consultant does not respond to emails, today, finally someone from accounts called, I might get paid this week. And apparently, I should be grateful too! Incredible, how that agency believes it can operate with their 'partners'...
