I bought a six pack of koo beans and to my horror three of the tins had no beans but just the broth/ source. I bought the koo beans at the Makro in Silverton. I don't understand how empty tins or tins filled with broth/sauce can be issued to suppliers/ market. I find this very deceptive as they were packaged with tins that had beans. All I want to know from Tiger brands is whether this was done deliberately to fool the consumer and I want to know what they are going to do about this.
I don't have the time to go grocery shopping every week/month hence the reason why I buy in bulk for two to three months. I honestly don't want an apology from Tiger brands all I want to know what are going to do about this and what guarantee do I have that next time when I go shopping I won't find any empty tins.
I still have the three tins that are still sealed if you would like to see them.
I believe as a consumer and someone who buys mostly Tiger Brands product I deserve an answer.
