My husband and I was approached by the Sales Staff of Holiday Access / Clubsure in Langebaan in December 2012. They sold us a product which gives me 5500 points for a period of 3 years. This product, the sales person claimed, was not like normal time share in that you did not pay a levy or ANY type of fee for the accommodation, but only water and lights to the amount of around R380 per week. They even had lists to prove the amounts to me. Furthermore you got 10 bonus weeks per year which also did not have the fees of normal time share but only the water and lights fee. I purchased the product only to find out that to use my 5500 points a year I still had to pay in R4600 for one week stay. The bonus week also costs in that region. I was lured into signing this contract under false pretences and was to. I demanded that the contract be cancelled on that basis and have had no response from Poovendren Naidoo even though I received confirmation that the email was read.
