TOTALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had the most horrific service from check in till the time I left, my uncle could not fly due to the fact that he had misplaced his ID, my aunt is a cancer patient and we needed him to get to Durban urgently and went to the extent of being escorted by police officers with an affidavit, never the less, we were given attitude and no solution or form of assistance, I then asked them to try and change the date and put ticket on my name and the lady at the ticket desk rudely with no care in the world tells me we cant do that, they offered no solution and provided the worse customer service I have ever experienced, from check in consultant, to 2 night managers that showed 0 empathy or people skills at ALL, in my opinion the lady at ticket sales together with her manager who has an attitude of an undertaker that works with dead people, should be placed back office were they can display their lack of people skills, being in a customer service industry myself this was appalling and I will never fly with kulula again, neither will I book flights or recommend kulula to anyone..extremely disappointing...
