Incorrect Billing and no Feedback

On the 4th of September I booked 2 tickets from Jhb to Cape Town in error.
I called the call center within 20 mins who allowed me to correct the booking.
There was some confusion between myself and the agent with regard to the charges but I was advised that they would waiver the change fee and I would be paying the same amount had I made the correct booking the first time around.
The flights I booked in error costed R2546. The flights they were changed to costed R3046.
For some reason I have been charged a total of R4440.
I have emailed kulula twice and have not received any feedback.
Reference number is MTXMFP.
