We booked a nice holiday in December through African Vintage and another supplier and was really looking forward to it. We paid our deposit for the accommodation with both parties but unfortunately my husband was retrenched and therefore we had to cancel our holiday. We immediately got a refund from African Vintage - in full - but am still struggling with the other supplier to get our money back. Thank you African Vintage for your super service and understanding attitude, i wish there was more companies/people like you.
We will definitely tell our friends and family about you and will make use of your services again once my husband has a new job.
