Your staff needs a little training

Our company hosted two German visitors quite well known in Logistics circles and my manager decided to send them to Kwa Maritane for two nights. I emailed African Vintage, whom i found on the internet and Anique Kotze replied with a price for two nights, dinner and breakfast and a game drive included. My manager then decided that they will only stay one night. I asked for an amended price and a pro-forma so i could organise payment through our Finance dept. Anique Kotze replied that she will send this when payment has been made. I said i need the pro-forma to show FInance how much to pay, she replied the same again. I asked if there was another document she could send me to show Finance what to pay, she replied "Ill send you receipt and voucher after you paid and a invoice for the payment". She hadn't even told me the revised price for shortening the stay to one night. I told her not to worry about it and phoned Legacy Hotels directly. Anique needs to be taught what a pro-forma invoice is for.
