I flew to JHB with my family and when flying back to East London. When my wife had set up the pram she saw that it had just been thrown on the floor (tar runway). I spent over R6000.00 on the flight and our pram cost half that and it was just tossed on the groand like a pice of rubbish. I thought I paid enough at least for my belongings to be treated well. I find it unacceptable as a company of your stature to treat peoples belongings like that. I dont see you guys replacing my damaged good!!!
