I am the owner of QVC points, yet I can never find accommodation.

Now I want them to buy their own points back, and they are not even prepared to buy their own points back!
They will also not stop your debit order - they can't honor their part of the contract, yet I must honor my side of the contract and continue paying.

What a farse!

Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

Says a lot for a company!
