The flexi consultant David Jambo made me sign a quatation, he confirmed that it is not a binding contract, I even called him the next day to make sure that it is just a quatation and he confirmed that they will have to call me if I qualify, that is when I can sign a contract. A month later I received a call that my membership is on my way. I called their office to explain that I never joined, the lady that I spoke to cancelled my debit orders and asked me to send an email to them which I did but no one ever responded, so I assumed that everything is sorted out. When I least expected they started calling me for payment, and everytime I tried to explain my story they refered me to the consultant that I signed with, he has never answered my calls not even once untill I called his office, they then gave me a different number and he does not answer. I have tried his boss before I could even explain my story he said he will call me back and never did. My question is why not be transparent about everything then to trick people into joining without knowing. Are they even aware that they are messing with our credit record. If I joined fairly yes I would understand if they want payment
