Following my bad experiences with Kulula I posted a report on Hello Peter. Over a week later, here I am still with no explanation about my double charge, despite having called them twice and spoken to someone named Thuli since the post, just so they explain that. I'm afraid of booking another flight with them, and I fly regularly, 95% of the time with Kulula. I'm scared that next time it will be a bigger issue or more significant amount that goes without being resolved again!
