Terrible Service

I booked a ticket for my mom to come up from Durban to JHb, on Friday 16 Aug 2013 she got onto the bus, about hour later the bus broke down outside Pietermaritzburg, there a mechanic came out and saw what was wrong, they were standing on highway for more than 2 hours, then when the left and came to Heidelberg there was no transferring bus and they had to wait and after numerous of phone calls from all the other people with her a bus came. On this bus the driver said that he does not have enough petrol to take them to the drop off zones, he doesn't think he will make it. So she climbed of 3 stops early to avoid standing next to the road again. We went to go and fetch her from the lakeside drop off zone @ 19h20. The bus were supposed to drop her off in edenvale at 16h40.

Really is this is how businesses run their companies no wander there is no jobs because, they are utterly useless. I expect to be compensated for all the phonecalls that was made to and from me, my mom and dad (back in Durban, as a normal transport was made into a ride from.
