I have noted that there are many mistakes from Metrorail. I then took it upon myself to complain and write an email. I wrote this email last week and as of yet I have not received any feedback. These people think that because we are black and use the train we are stupid and do not know how to complain. Well I have news for them! I will complain until their eyes are ringing from my voice. Metrorail, you do not care about black people and one day you will be held accountable!!
