I am VERY unhappy with the service I got from Nomhle Buthelezi. On Sunday the 11th of August she promised to help me find out what happened to my father's flexi club membership. Now, 3 days later she tells me that she's too busy to help me. She has even lost the ID number I gave her to do the search. What's up with that? After I sat for over 30 minutes in that freezing office of theirs listening to her presentation!
