SAA always bills me twice for 1 Booking

I have a travel Agency, am ussualy booking for group clients. For the 3rd time time now, SAA charges my bank account twice for 1 Booking, and each time when Icall their call center for assistance the staff always give me such a very hostile treatment, as if I am scaming them, another 1 today even said to me what I am complaining about is impossible to happen. I end up spending more than 2hours on airtime, trying to justify my case, as well as begging for my money back. More over this inconveniences me so much on my funds, and I end up having bad name on the client, as I end up needing the funds that are taken by SAA by mistake, WHAT`s even worse, even the booking, I initially paid for is later automatically cancelled which leaves me in a position of end up buying more expensive tickets, due to their prices fluctuating, I have tried to address this issue with them, and each time they promise me it will never happen I seriously need the Airline Ombudsman numbe
