SAA may be a dangerous choice

3 years and we have no reconciliation of air-miles and it took that dept. 12 days to respond & a further 7 days to give an answer that doesn't work. This company is practicing negligence in customer service and obviously do not want to give you the miles anyway. It is not surprising they are listed as a company that does not respond. On a recent flight from Dulles the air- on the plane didn't work, people were subjected to temperatures that constitute abuse and the whole flight was so hot, the crew did not care barely greeted everyone and had a general I don't care attitude. Some food was not loaded, other was not offloaded, no snack were available and some people were hungry during the flight. The food was the worst ever. The pilot didn't know where we were going because the flight time showing on the entertainment center didn't work for the first leg and showed the wrong ETA for the entire second leg. maybe he just didn't know the time. All in all I have recommended SAA to many of our USA guests and I will have to ensure that changes. My opinion is that if the small things are out of line what faith should we have that the big things work, could SAA be becoming dangerous???
