Shocking way of dealing with the delay of a flight

We know that due to reasons beyond human control delays in flights are inevitable. Right from the outset I want to mention that the delay, although a case for concern, was not the main cause of irritation. It is the HOW the issue of the delay was handledThere was NOT A SINGLE time that this delay was announced over the airport PA system! The entire time we relied on hearsay from other passengers. Does Mango not have access to this system? No one manned the gates to inform travellers of the delay. My boarding pass showed that we will board at gate C13. Upon arrival at this gate there was no one there to inform/redirect travelers. The airport monitors all showed flight delay with the new departure time of 8:30 versus 6:05. This was never refreshed at all. What is more is that it had the "hour glass" symbol that gave me no confidence that the information was refreshed and/or correct. I received, at 7:31, a message from your airline advising me of the delay and gave this number 0861010216 for further information. Needless to say that I tried to call this number invain. The staff was unfriendly, no one apologized, I reached CPT around 1pm instead of 8am.i called the CEO, to date no response
