Multi Destinations Club – MDC
Very dissapointed and confused

We joined the club in 2011. We were told that we should expect a call from someone from their head office who will be confirming our membership. Further more we were told that membership card will be sent to us in due course. We were also told that we should reserve R 6000.00 in my husband's credit card in December as they will be making a debit. No one called us, no membership card were sent and no debit was made and the last communication was when we were joining the club. Until we used the money in the credit card in February. They started debiting my husband's account and when we checked the amount it was more than what we signed for. We decided to reverse all their debits as we no longer had trust in them and no longer interested in the club anymore. Then we received a letter from their attorney saying we owe them money. I responded by email by giving them my facts and no further communication was made. Then 2 weeks back we got a 2nd letter stating that they will be attaching our moveable properties. We just want clarity from the club as to why they are not communicating with their clients rather they send attorneys and why they did not hounour any of their word. We are so sad
