I booked a bus from KWT to Bellville for the 21 July 2013 - bus was scheduled to leave KWT at 17:00. The time is now 21:21 and there is no sign of a bus, no communication from Roadlink and yet when I purchase a ticket I give you guys my number as well as a second number for emergency. Tell me please why take the numbers if you wont even send a simply sms to keep your customers up to date with what is happening? Its not 21:23 and the bus only arrives now. I am greatly disappointed by your service and your staff is not friendly either. I certainly hope that you will enjoy this R499 its definitely the last you getting from my pocket!!!
