I have flown with Kulula for a number of years now and I experienced the highs and lows. The LOWS always stick on my mind. I last flew in April and my flight was delayed by a couple of hours. I received a R500 voucher, now making a booking has become a nightmare and an uphill battle. I have made a booking online but cannot redeem the voucher. It's a pity SA has a handful of domestic airlines to choose this from, and this is why we as consumers are bullied into this nonsense service we get. Why can't we redeem these voucher online while making a booking. NOW I HAVE TO CALL IN. I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO CALL YOUR CALL CENTER. 3 MONTHS ENDS NOW ALREADY I HAVE NO PLANS TO FLY IN THE FUTURE ESPECIALLY WITH KULULA. I'M TEARING THIS VOUCHER BECAUSE IS USELESS.
