In the 13 years of our Hospitality service if their is a problem it is with TWF.
ALWAYS last minute bookings. ALWAYS promise to pay tomorrow morning, 1st thing&and always excuse why they cannot pay after receiving the invoice (in this modern times of internet banking).
You must deliver! then the same pattern follows, you request proof of payment they sent you the Voucher that you have ALREADY received to process their Invoice on. Then the e-mails and calls start. You speak to at least e5 people, leave messages but NO messages and NO e mails get returned. then next option you approach the Manager. She is very upset that I have a problem with stay without pay. We are cyclists and nowhere in SA you would sleep without paying. No pay No stay. Because of excellent service our Guest House is fully booked every night-we will not miss this frustration in our life and requested to be removed from their database.
