Dear Sir/Madam

On friday I flew from Jhb ORT to Durban, King Shaka. Booking code OZEQPI.Flight mn 625, departed Jhb 20.20 arrived in Dbn at 2125.
When I arrived at the hotel I realised that even though the lock was still on, the zipper of the bag was open-it somehow was "cut open" and an item was. The most expensive item, which was also brand new.

I had a comair representative call me on Monday and she explained that i need a case number, however, policy pay outs are only made per kg not per item or value of the item. With that policy then the airline is guaranteed not to make many payouts and protect their airport staff who have prying and sticky fingers. So I must still get a case number, even though i know my item was less than 1 kg and provide this case number to them knowing well that im wasting my time as they still wont pay for the item.
What an inconvenience and waste of valuble time only fpr the nothing to be done!!!

I suggest Kulula review at their policy where customers needs are also taken into consideration or start hiring honest airport staff.
