MESSED UP BOOKINGS AND BAD SERVICE

I booked for a holiday package with Tribeca Travel, made FULL payments and received confirmations of all bookings in Feb 2013. Amanda Hawker personally confirmed all these, meanwhile she never made the actual bookings with the relevant entities (i.e. hotels and car rental company)
On arrival in Cape Town, no bookings were made for me. I had to make more payment to book as a walk-in client just so that I can not be further inconvenienced. In all the time, she refused to answer her phone. This is utterley unprofessional and spoiled my holiday experience.
The unprofessional behaviour continued as she kept making denying statements of her actions and refusing to make refunds to me where applicable.
This was an embarrassment for me, and I missed out on all other aplanned activities due to her incompetence.
