On flight SA325, 11 July 1013, Business Class from JHB to CT - my hand luggage was taken from
me on boarding the plane as there was no more space available in the overhead storage compartments. On exiting the aircraft I was expecting to be handed my bag. Instead I was informed that it would be on the carousel! I waited 30 mins for my bag, only to find that it had been tampered with & items... I purposefully travelled with only hand luggage, to save time & because I was carrying valuable goods. Furthermore I travelled business class to ensure the comfort of my trip. Yet again I have been let down by South African Airways. It truly is the worst airline I have ever experienced. I haven't even bothered contacting SAA as they have never responded to any of my complaints in the past.
