On monday the 1st July 2013 i called greyhound call center todo the bookings from Johannesburg to Durban for Friday 5th July 2013 at 10h00, i was assisted by the gentleman called Sihle. On friday when i got there to confirm my booking i was shocked when they told me i had booked from Durban to Johannesburg, and the guy was very rude saying i must just go home then because the buses are fully booked. I told the guy but it was not my fault how can i book from durban to johannesburg when im in joburg? I had to stand outside to see if there was a space for me in other buses, when i was standing there quite a few people as well that were on waiting list but it was diiferent case for the them as they had not booked. I was shocked to see still exist in SA when a lady that i was with was arranged and got a space before me.
