Because the lady working for me in my house can not read or write i am laying this complaint on behalf of her. There seems to be a problem with the system of Bojanala. It happens so often that when this lady still have 2 days left on her bus ticket they tell her that her ticket is used up. Although they do fix the mistake and give her money back she has to travel all the way to Thlabane every time to get this sorted out which means that for her to get back her money it is costing her money, so what is the use paying transport money to get back transport money? These people are working hard and often stay far from the work place, why costing them more money than necessary?? And because i have to help her out every time this is also a unnecessary expense for me!
