So the last two flights over the last two weeks with you have ARRIVED when we are supposed to be BOARDING... watches slow? On a Go slow? Your typical dont care attitude... we'll get them there EVENTUALLY...
Do you realise we book flights with time keeping in mind and set appointments up now and have to ADD an hour as your lateness is becoming far more frequent?? We as your clients have to accommodate YOU... something wrong with this scenario???
Alas... you do not reply so this is more for my venting than anything else... one day someone might hear, someone might listen and DO something about it... one day... I feel a song coming on...
