2 years ago: "A whole bunch of my goods where out of my locked bag by SAA staff, they said they would investigate and reimburse me for my loss, That was 5 months ago, I guess I will never be reimbursed..." SAA contacted me to fill in claim forms ect to keep me quiet, but since I filled in all the documents wasting my time SAA still have not reimbursing me for my goods, I am not opening a criminal case against the airline. The people who have blatantly ignored my complaint is Sunette Hoffman [Email Removed] and Mimi Lokwe [Email Removed]
