After traveling to Durban on another airline, where the cabin crew are downright rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, I returned with SAA and was very pleasantly surprised with the friendly way the staff treated us. I would like to make particular mention of Bruce Daniels, a SAA employee who was not on duty but was on our flight and went over and above to assist us when we disembarked in Johannesburg, to help us with our pram.
He personally went and retrieved the pram for us as he said otherwise we would only get it with the rest of our luggage.
Thumbs up to SAA and especially to Bruce! Thank you for an enjoyable trip!
