On Sunday morning, 20th Jan 2013 i booked a flight to johannesburg with kulula airlines. To my peril the check-in help desk gave the wrong boarding gate to every passenger. Furthermore when we finally board the airline which is supposedly a new boeing aircraft we have to turn back to Durban to fix faulty landing gear as it woukd not retract into the plane. Making matters worse we were informed mid air that wevalso need to refeul. Iv booked a return flight however with faulty equipment and shoddy check in staff maybe we should all start taking another airline.
