Booked, payed and received e-ticket on flight BA6301, departure 06h30 Cape town to Durban, 18 June 2013 and return 19 June, BA6306, 18h00. At check-in at 05h30 I was told that I have no seat, and have to wait at counter118 for any cancellations announced at 06h00. At counter118 I was told that the 06h30 flight is now fully booked, I have to try the next flight at 09h00 and could not guarantee a seat.
As my travel arrangements was for business (2 day schedule), I had to cancel my flight as business schedule and attending members had to be amended again.
When asked for my refund, I have to wait 6-8 weeks.
