I booked, with some trepidation, my car into Air-o-Car's booking centre for a 17 day trip that departed from and returned to OR Tambo Airport. I was a little worried about the potential risks of handing over my keys to someone, but I was amazed by the efficiency of this service, both on departure and upon my return.
There was a very friendly driver waiting for us - on time - at the departures terminal, completely removing the stress of finding a loading zone/parking, and then, when we returned, the car was waiting in the departures bay for us, all shiny and clean. Another really friendly driver helped us load the spoils of our trek into the car, and wished us on our way.
Such efficiency in a brilliant, not to mention value-for-money service, is most appreciated, and I can highly recommend Air-o-Car to anyone who wishes to leave their car at OR Tambo. It massively reduces the inconvenience of needing to arrange drivers to the airport, the payment of astronomical airport parking fees, and the stress involved with looking for parking.
We definitely need more companies with Air-o-Car's attitude and ingenuity in South Africa. Keep it up!
