On Friday, 7th June, my father and i went through to Flight centre in the Waterfall Mall to book 2 tickets to France for the end of July. Ronel's service was really top notch and phenomenal. I am making this a point on Hello Peter as it has been a very long time that we have received such brilliant service. She looked up specials, knew all the information on the airline i was to fly, briefed me on insurance, and most importantly, kept a smile and pleasant tone. How pleasant, especially on an early morning! She mentioned that she would email to the two or us, our e tickets. I was not expecting them 15 min after having left.
What amazing service! I have used flight centre many times before, and Ronel has really been the best ambassador to your company.
