Good day, I am regular traveller, myself and my partner were on a flight from CT to ORT on 6/10/2013 with Mango and we could not find a single space for our carry on luggage in the overhead compartments as numerous people had brought LUGGAGE as carry on, a gentleman tried to move one out of two pieces of a lady's carry on to make space and it almost caused an incident. The big problem for us is that lately people are bringing larger and larger carry on pieces and what is worse is that I have never witnessed carry on being weighed, measured or counted by the staff! On this flight a lady had a 0.9mx0.7m pink, what i call a suitcase, as her carry on and it occupied more than half of one overhead compartment! We had a backpack and a handbag and even though the backpack was too big to fit under the seat in front of us we had no choice but to sit uncomfortably for the entire flight, not to mention that is unsafe according to airline regulations! Why should we adhere to rules and consider other travellers when the airline is making it so easy for people to do what they want and inconvenience other PAYING customers, who is to blame, surely the Mango can take us all into consideration.
