Too many roaches in the coach

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the conditions inside our coach. I have never seen so many roaches inside a bus before. This is unhygienic and it makes the whole uncomfortable. For the price that they charge, this is a rip off. I hope they no longer claim to be a five star coach as they are not worth it, disgusting, does man!
