I had a booking for December 2013 in Orlando, but requested a cancellation on 14/05/2013 telephonically and via email.
I received an unprofessional response from the consultants in the department where they told me in no uncertain terms that I will be liable for a cancellation fee of R4000. I requested to speak to a manager whom I was told is not available and they are sure that he will give me the VERY same response.
I am not really happy with the club, and I am looking at the options of cancelling my membership since they have policies that are hidden and not clear on their contracts and worse of all have stuff with rude and authorative attitudes!
