After seeing various travel specials, advertised by ATL Tours, in the Sunday Times we decided to contact them for a quote.
I first called them on Monday the 20th of May, requesting to talk to someone who could furnish me with further information. Nobody could talk to me, as there was apparently such an overwhelming response to their specials, they were all busy with enquiries. I gave all my details and was promised someone would email me by Wednesday. I called again on Wednesday and was told nobody could talk to me as they were too busy emailing quotes. I called again on Friday and was told someone would call me in 10 minutes... no call back. I called again yesterday, Monday the 27th and was promised by Meagan that she would email me all the details I requested. No email received... I called again this morning and spoke to Petunia... I asked for Meagan, but she was... surprise, surprise, not availabe.
I have read the various reports on this page and really don't know what operation they are running. I don't trust them at all and would be interested to see what other people who have tried to book a holiday have to say.
